Adding stakeholder users

Here is a step-by-step guide to adding a stakeholder,

  1. Log in to CAMS and go to the Administration tab.
  2. Click on the Stakeholders tab.
  3. Click on the Add Stakeholder from the +New button.
  4. In the Email field, enter the email address of the new stakeholder.
  5. In the Name field, enter the name of the new stakeholder.
  6. You can tick on the check box Contractor admin. There can be multiple admins for a single stakeholder group.
  7. Click on the Save button.

Here are some additional details about each step:

  • In the Email field, you must enter a valid email address for the new stakeholder. This is because the new stakeholder will be sent an email with a link to activate their account.
  • In the Name field, you can enter any name that you want for the new stakeholder. However, it is best to use a name that is descriptive of the stakeholder.
  • In the Permissions field, you can select the permissions that you want to give to the new stakeholder. The permissions that you can select are:
    • Admins
    • Users

Once you have completed these steps, the new stakeholder will be added to the stakeholder group and they will receive an email with a password to activate their account.
