Steps Covered in the Video

  1. Log in to the CAMS Mobile App
    Securely sign in using your credentials.

  2. Select Your Organisation and Module
    Choose the relevant organisation and module (e.g. Buildings, Parks).

  3. Expand the Hierarchy
    Drill down through location levels (e.g. Site > Building > Floor) to find specific assets.

  4. Download Assets
    Pre-load assets for offline access when working in remote areas.

  5. Start an Asset Inspection
    Begin inspecting assets and logging conditions or defects.

  6. Search and Filter Assets
    Use filters and the search bar to quickly locate assets.

  7. Using Your Camera
    Capture photos of defects or asset conditions directly in the app.

  8. Completing and Syncing
    Finalise inspections and sync your data to the server.

Tips

  • Enable offline mode by pre-loading data before heading to the field.

  • Use the hierarchy view to easily locate grouped assets.

  • Sync regularly to ensure your data is safely stored.
