- Navigate to the Building Functional Area (Room) according
- Select the Building Functional Area (Room) and add/select assets
- Tap the Asset to carry out the inspection with the following requirements

- Repeat the process for all the Assets
- Tap on the room you are working in Building Functional Area
- Swipe right on the selection (Not available in CAMS2)
- Tap the green checkbox (Not available in CAMS2)
- Wait for it to clear off the list as this ‘room’ is ‘completed’ now (Not available in CAMS2)
- Move to the next room

Interior Wall Paint
- Excellent: Paint is flawless, with no cracks, chips, or stains. The colour is consistent throughout, and there are no signs of fading.
- Good: Slight surface wear and tear, such as minor scuff marks or light fading, but no major chips or peeling. The wall appears well-maintained.
- Fair: Visible deterioration, such as noticeable scuffs, light scratches, or minor patches of peeling. Colour fading is apparent, and touch-ups might be needed.
- Poor: Significant peeling, large patches of missing paint, or visible cracks. The wall has stains or discolouration that impact its appearance.
- Very Poor: Extensive peeling or cracking, exposing the wall beneath. Severe discolouration or water damage is present, and the wall paint is no longer functional.

Floor Carpet
- Excellent: Carpet is in pristine condition with no stains, tears, or worn patches. It looks new, with vibrant colours and even texture.
- Good: Minor wear in high-traffic areas, but no major stains or damage. The carpet still appears clean and well-kept.
- Fair: Noticeable wear and fading, particularly in frequently used areas. Small stains or fraying edges are present, but the carpet is still functional.
- Poor: Extensive wear with threadbare patches, fraying edges, or multiple stains. The carpet may have a persistent odour or look dull and heavily used.
- Very Poor: Large sections are torn, heavily stained, or threadbare. The carpet is unfit for use and needs immediate replacement.
Interior Door
- Excellent: Door is in perfect condition, with smooth operation, no scratches, dents, or damage. The paint or finish is intact, with no signs of wear.
- Good: Light surface scratches or small dings that are hardly noticeable. The door operates well, with no sticking or difficulty.
- Fair: Minor dents, chips, or scratches that are visible. The door may have slight difficulty in opening or closing, and the paint might be fading or chipped in some areas.
- Poor: Significant damage, such as deep scratches, noticeable dents, or issues with the door's alignment. The door may stick or creak and show clear signs of wear.
- Very Poor: Severe damage, making the door difficult to use. This could include broken panels, splintering, or the door not closing properly. Immediate repair or replacement is necessary.
