Data Requirements for Demos & Onboarding

CAMS uses your asset data to build predictive lifecycle models, generate long-term financial plans, and surface maintenance intelligence across your portfolio. The more data you provide, the more accurate and actionable the platform's outputs become. Tier 1 is the minimum requirement. Tiers 2–4 progressively unlock deeper analytics and forecasting capability.

A spreadsheet format (XLSX or CSV) with a minimum of 1,000 asset line items across multiple buildings or sites would be beneficial. Registers with fewer than 1,000 lines can still be ingested and we can work with you to build your asset repository from scratch.

For example: Asset name, type, building, location, condition, quantity, unit cost, design life, criticality, install date, hierarchy

Operational load data for key mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment where available.

For example: run hours, cycle counts, downtime logs, sensor alerts, BMS trend data, IoT streams, seasonal load profiles etc.

Corrective and preventive maintenance history exported from your CMMS or CAFM system.

For example: WO reference, date, asset ref, work type, fault description, actions, labour/parts cost, status, priority etc.

Any supporting documentation that enriches CAMS models, AI capabilities, and spatial context.

For example: compliance certs, O&M manuals, warranties, GIS/CAD, floor plans, photos, audit reports, SAMP, LTFP etc.
